Pirin Golf and Country Club started the first organised programme for children "ABC golf" in Bulgaria. Juniors from Razlog schools are familiarised with the game by the golf team in the practice area , under the pine trees of the first 5-star golf-ski-Spa resort in Central Europe.
"This is only the beginning" - Pirin Golf President , end. Nikolay Kaloyanov confirmed. "We hope to create the backbone of the future Bulgarian golf generation. If you have where to practice and play - and this is what Pirin Golf delivers - first class facilities , Academy and two 18-hole golf courses results will follow in a couple of years. It's part of our public programme and we look at it as our long term investment in the Bulgarian young generation".
